Overall, all trends have a kind of increasing movement in this chart. In 1940, the US was the highest point in comparison with Japan. Of course, in 2040, their positions were completely reversed.
To begin with, in 1940, the USA with around 9% of the population, was in the highest rank. While Japan started with 5% at this time. It can be seen that from 1940 to 2040, Sweden had many upward and downward movements with increasing trends. Also, between 2020 and 2040, it will be increasing sharply to reach around 25%.
It is clear that from 1940 to 1980, the trend in the USA increased from around 9% to 15%. Besides on, from 1980 to 2020, it kept its process with a bit of decrease. But, from 2020 to 2040, it jumped from under 15% to around 24%. To flip side, Japan had a drop between 1940 and the middle of 1980. Then, it rose moderately from almost 3% to 10% in the middle of 2020. At this point, it started to develop dramatically to reach 25% and then its last point will be around 27% in 2040.
