The data displays the findings of a survey conducted among patients who were accommodated in three different wards of a hospital. Overall, it is noticeable that the best result was seen in the Helly Ward in the quality of treatment. Also, Maple ward was not as good as Holly ward in terms of hospital staff and spending time.
A large number of people , around 87% who, liked the hospital staff in Helly ward. Oak ward, which was the second largest of hospital employees, while a small decline was seen in Maple room for hospital clients. Moreover, close to75% of visitors who replied “very good” about their waiting time, by Holly zone, when in the Maple and Oak wards were lower.
Starting with their quality of treatment for clients, Holly ward had the highest share of “very good” answers between Maple and Oak wards. After that, there was a slightly higher percentage (90%) of people who described the standard of treatment as “very good” by the Oak department. Finally, by Maple area, 50% of clients were less happy with the quality of follow-up care.
