Overall, it is clear that collage C exprienced a dramatic surge to become the most satisfied group by the end of the period, College A saw a significant decline.College B and College D showed more gradual changes, through in opposite derections.
In 1991, College A had the highest rating at over 60% ,but despite some fluctuations, it dropeed steadily to approximately 45% by in 2002.In contrast, College B began at 50% and showed a consistent upward trend, ending the period at 70%.
The most striking trend was seen in College C. For the first seven years , it had the lowest satisfaction levels, hovering around 15% to 30% .However, between 1998 and 1999, there was a sharp increase,with the raiting soaring to nearly 70% and evetually peak at 80% in 2002.Meanwhile, College D remain relatively stable at around 40% for most of the decade but experienced a notable decrease in the final year,falling to its lowest point of about 25%.
