Overall, all categories witnessed a fluctuation and the proportion of staff in college C has taken a dramatic upswing compared to other by picked in the end year. While two schools C and B showed the upward trend, the figures of school A and D fell down through the period.
From 1991 to 1998, not many staff in College C satisfied with their job demonstrated by the low rating. Their proportion decreased nearly 10% in seven years until rocketed in 1998 with approximately 70% which was 7 times higher than the past. Then, it continues to increased 4 years after. The pleasant rate of College B’s staff also had the same trend. Although the rate fluctuated around consistently from 1991 to 1997, its figures finally stabled around 60% and accelerated to 70% in 2007.
While the satisfaction rating of the staff in College A held the first position at the beginning with more than three-fifths then steadily decreased and touched highest percentage at nearly 80% in 1995, its rate reduced steeply to only 40% in 2002. Staff in College D were rated for their fulfillment approximately 40%, higher compared to College C in 1991. This figures witnessed marginal changes in most years. The fulfillment rate here was only remarkable when it dropped down 20% in the last year.
