The chart shows the estimated temperature and rainfall in Alice Springs, Australia, and Entebbe, Uganda. In general, the temperature is leveling off throughout the year in Entebbe.
During the same period, the temperature dramatically dropped in the middle of the year in Alice Springs. In contrast, precipitation remains stable in Australia, while Uganda’s rain level is variable.
According to the estimated temperature, it has not changed throughout the year to 37 degrees Celsius in Entebbe. On the contrary, the temperature in Alice Springs is around 35 degrees Celsius in January. It sharply declines from 30 to 20 degrees Celsius until April. However, from July to December, the temperature in Alice Springs rises gently to around 35 degrees Celsius.
On the other hand, the temperature in Entebbe has barely changed throughout the year, and precipitation has fluctuated considerably. The first four months show very sharp increases in rain, from 50mm to 250mm. Moreover, precipitation after April fell dramatically to 120mm in June. Then, from July to October, the pattern of rainfall remained stable. Another point was the rise in rainfall to around 120mm in November and December.
Overall, Alice Springs and Entebbe have totally opposite temperatures and rainfall.
