The graph illustrates the total births and the deaths in a country located in Europe between 1950 and 2010 with predictions till 2050.
Overall, the total number of births fluctuated during 1950 to 2010, whereas number of deaths remained the same.
There were around 800000 new born babies in 1950. The number experienced a steady but significant rise to it’s peak of 1000000 after the end of 1970. However, it followed a sharp decline and reached an all-time low of 600000 in the next twenty years. Although the total births started to increase gradually to 700000 in 2010, it is predicted that the number will hover around this level over the next four decades. In the meantime, the total number of departed people almost maintain the same level of 70000 thorough the given period. There is an assumption that presents the total of births and the deaths maintain equal level for the next 20 years after 2010 before experiencing an upward trend to 800000 by 2050.
