Overall, the figure for clothing exported from Bangledesh had an upward trend over the period. In 2012, Europen Union was the largest country exporting clothing, while Turkey was the least destination.
Looking at the line graph in detail, in1998, the ammount of clothing exports just came uo with a smaller approximately 2%. Afterwards, it increased gradually from 1988 to 2000. Then, it was a rapidly climb in the last two years period and peaked at 20%.
Moreover, in 2012, the percentage of clothing exported in Europen Union accounted for 60%, which was arround 3 times higher than that of USA. During that time, other countries such as Canada, Japan and Turkey contributed less to this market, at 5%, 2% and 1% respectively. The remaining 8% of exports were distributed among other nations not individually specified.
