The line graph compares the number of three wildlife species – bears, dolphins and whales during a period between 2011 and 2016 in North America. Overall, it can be seen that bears witnessed an upward trend, the opposite was true for dolphins. On the other hand, whales remained stable during the period. It is also evident that the number of bears was highest from 2011 to 2016 .
In 2011, the population of dolphins was highest, at 150,000 in the wild and then this number declined significantly to only around 80,000 one year later. Next period, from 2012 to 2013 the number of dolphins continued to decrease sharply from 30 million in 2013 to 0,000 in 2016.
In contrast, bear populations rose significantly. The population of bears began at 10,000 in the first year. This figure, however, increases substantially to around 150,000 and peaks at nearly 200,000 in the final years. Finally, whales population was fluctuation over the period and decreased slowly from about 80,000 to 70.000 in the final year.
