Overall, the chart indicates the fluctuating trend with some significant peaks and troughs. The number of profits for all restaurants were going up and down suddenly during the year.
It can be observed from the graph that the Taj Mahal experienced a wide range of fluctuating throughout 11 months, however, there was a dramatic increase in the number of profits with the final result of 120 during December. Following this, the Grosvenor plunged from 140 to almost 40 during the last 2 months. At the first half of the year both The Old Hall and The Pizza House had almost an equal tendency, but then, there was an unpredictable fluctuating in numbers of profits for The Pizza house, and after this it surged and reached a peak of nearly 200 profits. The Old Hall reached a plateau in April, and throughout subsequent 3 months there were 2 insections with The Pizza House. After that, this restaurant continued to increase, eventually reaching its peak.
