The illustration represents how many people visit three different places in a European country between 1987 and 2007. Overall, visitors of all three areas increased at the end of the year.
In 1987, the place with the highest rate of tourists was the coast with 40 thousand visitors while, the lowest included the lakes with 4 times less visitors. Even though, in 1992, number of people who visited decreased in the coast to 35 thousand people, after that year, rate of tourists increased gradually to 75 thousand. When it comes to lakes, it peaked at year 2002 to 75 thousand people but, in 2007, number of people fall to 50 thousand.
Among those places, the least changes happend to the number of visitors at the mountains. In 1987, this area was the second most visited place with the visitors of 20 thousand people and faced fluctuations until 2007 with approximately 35 thousand tourists, which is the lowest amoung the three.
