The bar chart illustrates how many people in various age groups used cell phones in four different circumstances.
Overall, family dinner had the lowest percentage of people using cell phones in comparison with the others. In general, people in the 18-29 and 30-49 age brackets tended to use mobile phones in all the surveyed situations more than the other age groups.
Focusing on 18-29-year-old people, 90% of people used phones when on public transports, which was nearly nine times as much as that in family dinner. Using cell phones on street was the most popular with people from early middle age(30-49), up to 80%, which was higher than approximately 80% of phone users on public transport and at a restaurant.
Regarding the older age groups, public transportation was the situation witnessing the highest phone users of 50-64 age group, while the reserve was accurate in family dinner. Using phones did not seem to attract senior citizens in all the four situations. Finally, the share of people using cell phones in family dinner from all age groups generally ranked last of the chart.
