The presented bar graph illustrates the number of cosmetic surgeries performed on both men and women in Korea in 2004.
As is observed, females tend to have more cosmetic surgeries as compared to males, with eyelid surgery as the most popular among them. Most of the males preferred to have hair transplantation and skin resurfacing surgery.
As is normal, females always wished to look attractive by undertaking certain surgeries. In Korea, more than 100 women went for liposuction and breast enlargement. Laser skin resurfacing and rhinoplasty were the most chosen options after breast enlargement, with the apexes of the bars crossing 200, but eyelid surgery saw an enormous upsurge as compared to other surgeries, with a value culminating above 300.
In the case of males, abdominoplasty remained at the value of 20,and rhinoplasty jumped to just 40 males who went through these surgeries in 2004. The most popular laser skin resurfacing and hair transplantation fluctuated near the value of 60 in the bar graph.
