Initially, 2002 was the lowest year of machine interest with roughly 55% of the total citizen. In the same term, no high school diploma reach 15% of the total possesion by educational attainment. By classification of the data provided over eight-year period, there was a narrow gap on barchelor degree and postgradual qualification. College maintaned between the five, projecting a moderate number from earlier period to the latest period in educational level from 55% in 2002 to 85% by 2010. No high school diploma has the lowest proportion starting at 10% to 42%. In the other hand, postgradual had the highest proportion, around 80% and 95%.
