The Line Graphs illustrates the number of drivers caught driving above speed limit using speed cameras installed on roads and individuals died in road accidents in Britain over the period of eight years since the speed cameras have been introduced.
Overall, drivers who got fine due to road cameras have significant increase in number over the period. However, the death cause by road accident had moderate fluctuations over the years.
To begin with, in the initial year of road cameras installation the numbers of fines had been lower, at 200,000.Along it, the numbers of death caused by road accident was at just above 3,000 in the initial year. As the time passes the digits went up over the period as the drivers kept getting fines which reached at approximately 500,000 in next four years. However, the death in road accident during that four years fluctuated and slightly decreased to approximately 3000.
Furthermore, the digits do not stop they went up dramatically at the end of the period and reached its apex, at approximately 1,600,000.Apart from this, the road accidents had moderate rise in death and end at just below 3,500 in the end of the period.
