clearly , there is a chart that compares between three countries which are USA , canada , Mexico throughout a period of one decade about the usage of internet as percentage of population from 1999 until 2009 .
Talking about the first country which is USA it is visible that there is a fluctuating increase in the internet use throughout the years , giving an example the years 1999 until 2001 there is a rapid increase due to the line graph that is leaning more to the y-axis rather than from the year 2001 until 2003 there is still an increase however there is slightly a diffrence in the rate of that increse .
secondly Canada , one of the obvious diffrence is the percentage increase throughout the decade , in 2009 canada has the most users of internet , mainly the line graph over the period shows that canada day after day was into technology more than any of the 3 countries except the year 2002 where canada and USA meet up at the same internet users at one point.
furthermore , mexico is the country with having the least amount of internet users from the begining of the comparision years which is 1999 and even after a decade has past mexico is still the lowest among the 3 countries .
in a nutshell , all 3 countries mentioned commonly shows a postive gradient year by year which proofs how people are more into technology
