The data displays changes in the amount and types of 3 different fast foods consumed by teenagers in Australia between 1990 to 2020.
Overall, hamburgers remain teenagers most preferred fast food type throughout the years. On the other hand, french fries were not a favourable option anymore, as they were consumed the least.
During 1990, hamburgers were consumed only 10 times a year, however, it has maintained a linear increase and by 2020, it was consumed 90 times a year. Likewise, pizza consumption fluctuated until the year 2000 when it rose drastically, before the graph plateaud in 2010 which pizza was then being consumed 70 times a year. Afterwards, it slightly increased to 80 by 2020.
Despite french fries being consumed the most in 1990 with 70 times a year, it has experienced a downward trend, reaching a value just above 0 by 2020. According to the trend, it is most likely that the value of french fries will continue to decline.
