Overall, Germany (blue) experienced increased throughout period and followed by three different countries there are France (orange), Italy (Gray) and Austria (yellow). Additionally, Germany was the highest expenses among the other three countries. Meanwhile, Austria was the lowest trend.
At the beginning period, Germany stood at 80 U$ dollar spending in first year and increase gradually to 90 million in 1999 and remaining stable until 2001 and slight decrease in 2003 and growth again approximately 90-100 U$ dollar in last year. Meanwhile, France started with roughly 50-60 U$ dollar and then surge around 60-70 million expenses on purchasing books in 2005.
Turning to Italy, figure was reached 50 U$ dollar in 1995 then slighty increase in 1997 and peaked at 60 million spending in 2005. Furthermore, Austria has a significantly growth during the period. Austria present 30 million expenses then shows fluctuacting changes in 1997 until 1999 and rose steadily to 70 U$ dollar of spending.
