The line graph illustrates the average amount of chicken, pizza, and fish consumed in a particular country over a period of 30 years starting from 1990
Overall, while the consumption of chicken and pizza witnessed an upward trend, the opposite was true for that of fish. Additionally, by the end of the period, the highest figure can be seen in chicken consumption
In 1990, the consumption of fish stood at around 18 thousand tonnes (the highest figure that year). Between 1990 and 2005, the average amount consumed fell by approximately 5 thousand tonnes. Over the next 15 years, this figure declined to only around 7 thousand tonnes, significantly lower than the starting point
In contrast, the amount of chicken consumed stood at just over 10 thousand tonnes, which was a low figure in 1990. From 1990 to 2010, this figure nearly doubled to around 18 thousand tonnes. From the year 2010 onwards, the consumption of chicken witnessed another increase to nearly 25 thousand tonnes, the highest figure in the chart. During the same period, pizza consumption also increased steadily. This figure started at around 8 thousand tonnes in 1990, and reached around 21 thousand tonnes in 2020
