The diagram depicts the proportion of people using internet in three different nations, namely USA, Canada, Mexico with 2-year span, starting from 1999
All three countries having an increasing trend in Internet users. While the USA and Canada are slightly similar in number of people accessing internet, it could be said that Mexico has a lower percentage than two other countries.
In 1999, there were about 25% of people surfing internet in USA, whereas that figure in Canada was 10%. The number of people accessing internet increasing rapidly in both USA, Canada and they shared the same figure in 2002 and 2005. Although, over a decade the percentage of Internet Users fluctuated in Canada, it ended up higher in percentage which is 100%. Ultimately, in 2009 there were 80% of the population using the internet.
Different from 2 other countries, the number in Mexico only fluctuated slightly. Started in 1999 with less than 10% of Mexican using the internet, it finished to 40% in 2009 which is less than that of USA and Canada
