It is evident that, in country A and B there is a fluctuation in amount of rented accomodations. whereas, in country C it is very stabilized.

In the year of 2000, rented properties in country A was approximately 35% that was 15% and 10% less than that of in country B and C ,respectively.It upserged to its peak and reached 60% in 2005 and dramatically decreased by 20% after 1 decade and in 2020 it was nearly 50%.Furthermore, the amount of leased properties in country B was rised up to 40% from 20% in 2005 then it was stable till 2015 and slowly increased by 10% in 2020 that was 50%.

However, in country C there were no increment in the trend of leased property that it was about 25% in 2020. After minor changes it reached to 30% at the end.
