Overall, employment was consistently the most common motivation for moving, while for education and othjer factors less people do migration as compare to empoyment. However, the number of people citing study reasons increased steadily and eventually approached the figures for empoyment.

At the beginning, roughly 60,000 peolple moved for job appurtunities and peaked at 90,000 before declining slightly in the final year in 2000. By contrast, in 2005 the figure of those who wnts to pursue their education started at approximately 20,000 but grew continously, and eventually reach around 80,000.

The numbers of individuals who are relocating for family and friends in 2010 started from 10,000 and reach at almost 20,000 and they are almost similar to the people who visit cities as a tourtist or they go for individual.
