The given line graph depicts the amount of international student enrollment from Iran, Greece and Turkey at Sheffield University during 2005 to 2009.
Overall, throughout the whole year, the number of Greek students experienced a noticeable decline, with its peak being reached in 2005, but hitting an all-time low in 2009.
To start off, a total 180 Greek students enrolled at Sheffield University was the highest number among other religions in 2005. However, this figure dropped dramatically, plunging to just around 70 students, making it lower than students from Turkey, and marking the same amount of students from Iran. Also further declining to only 45 students being accepted in 2009, being 4 times lower than its peak in 2005.
In contrast, applications from Iran and Turkey showed an upward trend. Both Iranian and Turkish students saw only a moderate rise in their amount. The former grew from 40 to 140 students by 2009, while the latter experienced a total increase of approximately 80 during the given period.
