The line graph provided information about the proportion of population individuals aged 65 and over in three countries from 1980 to 2020.
Overall, the three countries experienced same trends throughout the time period. While percentages of individuals in country C and country B rose slowly, country A experienced significantly growth .
As the graph shows, country C started at 4% in 1980 followed by a small increase to around 8% of population in 2020. Regarding country B’s population, in 1980 they shipped approximately 7%. This figure increased to about 8% in a decade, but then experienced considerable growth to around 12% in 2010. Afterward, the figure rose to around 14% in 2020.
In contrast, country A was a significant increase in the proportion of population during the period. The percentage of individuals at the beginning was 10% and by 2000 increased progressively to 14%. Then, experienced considerable growth to 20% in 2020.
