It is clear that the propotion of butter was the highest in 1981,1986 and 1991.
The index for butter was the highest but it decreased enormously by 100 grams from 1986 to 2007.The next place was occupied by margarine the rate for it was 90 grams , then go down and up finally remained from 1991 to 1996, afterwards it dropped rapidly by 60 grams in 2007. When it comes to low fat reduced spreads the index illustrates that it don’t have any consumption between 1981 to 1996, after it increased by 80 grams in 1996, then it fell slightly by 5 grams in 2007.
