The diagram demonstrates the usage of the Web in gigabytes by four different age groups during 2020. Overall, all of them increased over the given period, except the 26-35 age group, which declined at the end. Moreover, people older than 51 tend to use the Internet less than those in other categories.
In January, respondents between 26 and 35 years of age used nearly 165 gigabytes every month, while those in the younger group used just over 110 gigabytes of data. The data usage of other two categories, individuals between 36 and 50 and those who were older than that, were recorded at around 110 and 70 gigabytes, respectively.
In the following months, the number of gigabytes registered by the older two generations experienced almost the same ups and downs, and their progress was smoother than those of younger groups. The only exception is May, when the two value were nearly equal at approximately 110 gigabytes. The Internet usage of the two younger groups fluctuated a lot over the whole period, and there many moments when one surpassed the other. However, their final values stood at 180 gigabytes (18-25 age group) and at 165 gigabytes (25-35 age group).
