The line chart presents the average number of patients who attended four distinct hospitals’ clinics in each week during the years 2010-2016.
Overall, the Eye clinic demonstrated the most impressive growth, emerging as the leading destination by the time period ended. Initially being the most attended facility, the Birth Control clinic witnessed some fluctuations. As for the Diabetic and Dental clinics, they registered an increase in their patient base yet continued to be less frequently visited throughout the whole timeframe.
In particular, the number of patients visiting the Eye clinic was equal to 125 in 2010 and grew rapidly until 2016 when it reached 350 patients per week. On the contrary, the Birth Control clinic started with 240 weekly attendees, achieved its maximum in 2012 (280), fell to 180 by 2014, and reached 240 by the end of the period studied.
The development of the smaller clinics was also positive although the Diabetic one registered a regular increase from 65 patients to 180. Meanwhile, the patient base of the Dental clinic followed a less stable trend and declined to 60 in 2012 but managed to rise to 130 patients in 2016
