In 1960 the number of men smokers was around 600 but the female smokers was sharply lower than the men which is 100. Unfortunately, the rates of women had become higher in the end of 1975. On the other side men rates were going down.
Men rates were remained going down from the start. The rates changed 600 to 300 in 2000. For females, the number of smokers dropped by only 100 in the end of 2000.
It shows that the smokers of both genders have become closer to each other in the last decade.
