The line graph illustrates how many patients visited four clinics in one hospital weekly between 2010 and 2016.
Overall, the number of patients visiting the eye clinic, diabetic clinic, and dental clinic rose significantly. Moreover, the number of patients visiting the birth control clinic witnessed significant fluctuations during the given period.
In 2010, the birth control clinic was the most frequented, with around 250 weekly patients, which was followed by the eye clinic, with about 125 patients. However, while the figure for the eye clinic’s patients increased dramatically to 350 and became the most visited in 2016, a wild fluctuation between approximately 280 and 180 patients was seen in the number of visits to the birth control clinic. At the end of the period, the number of patients visiting the birth control clinic returned to its initial figure.
Looking at the other clinics, the dental clinic had 100 patients visiting, which was the third busiest clinic in 2010, compared to 55 patients visiting the diabetic clinic. Over the next two years, the number of patients visiting the dental clinic decreased to 50 patients in 2012 before recovering back to 130 patients two years later. Since then, this figure continued to witness a gradual increase from under 130 patients to almost 140 patients in 2016. Meanwhile, the number of patients visiting the diabetic clinic generally stayed the same and after 2014 it rose steadily reaching 180 patients at the end of the period.
