Overall, a rising trend was observed in Canada, while the reverse true for USA. Australia remained virtually unchanged. USA took the top of the list over the period, despite its drop.
Delving into the specifics, in 1991, the USA remained at 1400. Afterwards it reached a peak to 1800. Hanceforward this figure had decreased approximately to 700 by 1999. After that this number maintain the stability from 1999 to 2000. Then it rose marginally around to 900 at the end of the period.
Turning to Canada, it stood at 200 in 1991. Later Canada increased roughly to 300 in 1994. After that, it returned to its initial value in 1995 and the figure stayed at this level until 1999. Than it climbed modestly around 500. Moving to figures which Australia, the number of immigrants annually to Australia was about 150 in the beginning and it had remain unchanged by 1993. Subsequently, this figure decreased marginally about 100 in 1994. Then this figure levelled out by 1995. After that, it returned back to its initial value. Hanceforward this figure hold steady from 1996 to 2001.
