The line graph compares the usage of five various communication ways among citizens from 1998 to 2008.
Overall, it is clear that cellular phone service, internet service, fixed and mobile broadband methods became more common, with cellular phone service experiencing the most significant growth, while landline service consistently remained stable.
The most considerable increases were recorded in the usage of cellular phone service, internet service, fixed and mobile broadband methods. In 1998, cellular phone service started the period with roughly 8%. This figure increased further to a staggering to almost 60% until 2008, making it the most preferred communication method. 4% of population used internet service mode as a means of communication in the initial year and this proportion remained unchanged until 2002. After that, it witnessed a notable growth, moving from 10% in 2004 to nearly 20% by 2008. Mobile and fixed broadband modes followed similar patterns. In the years 1998, 2000, 2002, nobody showed interest towards these ways, however, the percentages of people used them rose, although modestly, from 1% in 2004 to about 5% by the end of the period.
In contrast, landline service was the only method, which did not see any change during the period. The usage of landline service stood at 15% at the beginning of the time frame and remained constant until 2008.
