Overall, it is clear that, all three country region,internet usage was drametically increased over the period.Especially, noticeble steady changed was seen from Asia.From 2000,Europe was the most developed country while,Asia was the lowest people in internet use in that period.By 2020,Europe and Africa internet user came to the slightly same level.

Firstley 2000, technologically upgrated country region was the europe at 40 % and Africa 20%. Meanwhile,Asia was the lowest citizen of use of internet in that year.It was about 5 %. Year 2000 to 2010,the Europe people of internet uses rose steadily and after that it was marginally increased.In 2020, it came to the more than 80% of persons as a highet usage of from Asia,Europe and Africa.

Africa was the second highest web user in over the time frame and in 2000 apeared in 20% and then drastically growth year by year.Asia 2000 to 2005 remaining a same online uses at about 10% and from 2005 it was a uped 10% to around 50% by 2020.
