Although it is not located in a residential zone, limiting access to a larger number of potential customers, it benefits from its proximity to a major road, making it accessible to people from outside the immediate area.

In contrast, Site S2 is located in the center of Garlsdon town, surrounded by residential neighborhoods. It is also near the railway, which could potentially enable residents of Carnsdon, located 25 km away, to reach it easily.
