Overall, it is clear from the map that the first available area (S1) is planned to be in the countryside, whereas the other free area (S2) at the town centre, which attracts more people from the Bransdon and Cransdon areas.
According to what is shown, S1 site is surrounded by the countryside, besides a main road heading to the Hindon district in 12 kilometers, and a long rallway crosses the industry zone to the southern part of the countryside.
In terms of Supermarket 2 zone, it is around the middle of the town center, surrounded by a huge industry area. and both housing districts above and beneath it. Moreover, two main roads connected to the industry area, the west-southern road is only 16km away from Bransdon district (15,000 number of population), and the east-southern road 25m away from Cransdon area (29,000 number of population).
To sum up we could say that, S2 site attracts almost 44,000, because it is the nearest to main two roads, and S1 site only attracts Hindon citizens.
