The map illustrates the changes that have taken place in a coastal area since 1995.
Between 1986 and the present day, both the golf course and tennis facilities have expanded significantly. The forest park to the north of the tennis courts has been completely removed, with part of the land converted into additional tennis courts. The former shop, located near the main road, has been redeveloped into a modern restaurant, while the fish market on the eastern side has been replaced by a block of residential apartments.
Several original features have remained in place, but notable new developments have been introduced. In the western section, two houses and a new road have been constructed. A car park has been added next to the bank to improve accessibility. Additionally, the coastal waters have been extended following the demolition of the swimming pool, resulting in a larger marine area.
Overall, recreational and residential facilities now dominate the landscape, while farmland and the forest park have disappeared entirely.
