The provided pas depicts three distinct zones named A,Band C recommended for a new hypermarket in Pellington.
Overall, all of the above are significantly far from one another, in which each one has its own characterestics in which A is quiet centeralized and near from the railway, whilst B is extremely far from the city located in the countryside. However, C is in the opoosite side of the countryside where the airport was built.
Furthermore, A has an extensive edge ovver B and C and that is due to it’s perfect location where it is not only in the resedential zone ,but also close to the park and railway. However, it is near by a traffic-free zone which puts it in disadvantage because of the amount of cars coming by.
Moreover, B’s position is way far from any sort of noise or chaos which has both good and bad side and that is caused by how hard it id to get to this area which is located in countryside, but it is far from the traffic-free ones and close to both the industrial zone and railway that facilates coming in and out from this site. Lastly, the other site names C is loacted in the countryside not far from the industrial zone nor from the airport which plays a massive role by giving it an upper hand in the best area location, yet it is far from any sort of transportation which obstacles people from coming by. In general, each of the three areas has some sort of both advantage and disadvantage considering where they are located in in which A is close from transportation means and resendantial zone, nevertheless it is close by a traffic-free zone which limits the role it plays. B on the other hand is far from traffic and bosts and excellent railway access ,however it’s far from the popluated areas. And finally C which close to the airoport but hard to go to ,thus all of them has both strength and drowbacks considering each’s zone.
