Overall, in 2010, Youngsville became more the growth of cities with more buildings and facilities, while natural area such as woodlands and trees were reduced .
In 1990, the town had many trees and green spaces. There was a hospital, school, airport, railway station and some houses. After 20 years , in the southwestern area, the trees were chopped down ,after that, a new warehouse and some factories were reconstructed. Looking at the southeastern location, some houses were renovated with skyscrapers buildings along the railway station .
In 2010, in the northern area to the left, a new Marina was built at the headwaters of River Alanah. Then, in the northeastern zone, some houses were demolished and to make way for a new railway along the river. Additionally , the stadium was concentrated at the top of the northern part, near the new railway.
