Currently, there are several factories in the center of the area around roundabout and with a straight road of right side which has been connected with it. On the North side of it there is a river and above on it is a Farmland. On the west side there is a Town.
In future plan, one small roundabout and multiple new roads will be made which will be connected with existing one. All the factories will be demolished and numerous new places will be built. Shops and Medical center will open between both roundabouts. A School will open at the end of east road and a Playground just before it on the above of its road with housing. A new path which will intersect river with help of bridge on the north side with some new development of houses.
Overall, future planning of Norbiton Town has a great change which convert industrial area into commercial area.
