The provided maps illustrate the differences of two floor plans of one trade conference organised between 2009 and 2010.
From an overall perspective, it is evident that the conference witnessed a significant transformation with the appearance of new services and changing in rooms’ function.
In 2009, there was a registration located in the North of the conference, however, it had been utilised for s refreshment in 2010. Noticeably, the main entrance and the side entrance situated in the Northwest and the Norteast respectively remained stable throughout the years. It is interesting to note that in 2009, in the left-hand side of the conference, there were two rooms namely concert hall and meeting room with a stage, which are equipped with several seats. However, there was a combination of that two rooms into exhibition area in the following year.
Meanwhile, the balcony in the left-hand side of the conference in 2009 recorded an addition of lounge area in 2010 and there was a relocation of the registration to stay next to the balcony to the left in the later year. Furthermore, the exhibition area in the bottom of the conference in 2009 was removed to make way for the concert hall consisting of a stage. In addition, the displace area to the right of the concert hall in 2009 was relocated to the concert hall in 2010.
