In 2009, thd conference was organized with a straighforward arrangement. There was registration area on top of the layout between main entrance and side entrance. There was a concert hall with seats above the meating room with stage was located on the south west of the map. On the side of the floor, there was exhibition room just near the balcony. At the centre of the layout, there was display area, which provided some features for guests.
By 2010, significant modifications were made to enhance the conference experience. On the top of the layout remained without changes, but western-south of the floor undergone many changes. The exhibition are replaced it is place to the western side and it was expanded to accomodate more exhibitors. Notably, concert hall replaced next to the new balcony, which was located on the east side of the map. The addition of second registration facility on the centre of the layout provides more straightforward way to register for people.
