In 1990, houses only occupied the east side of Frenton. As time goes by, flats have taken one third of the area since the community got bigger. There were a playing fields with trees in the northern area, which is converted to blocks of flats in 2012. In total, there were three buildings made for residency. The bank besides school in 1990 was converted into a restaurant in 2012. In the middle of Frenton, cafe and park was changed into hotel and golf course. Adjacent to it, the theatre served the similar function but it became cinemas. In the opposite of theatre in 1990, there was areas covered by trees. Meanwhile in 2012, the opposite of cinema has become a technopark. Shops behind theatre remain the similar function too in 2012, but was made in different scale to be a supermarket.
