Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there will be considerable development on South-East airport. Many facilities will be constructed for the benefits of passengers.Some of the notable changes include the addition of an ATM, a car hiring option and shops. The passport control and passport control customs areas will remain in the same place.
Examining the plans in detail, now, there is a single departure station on the left side which will be altered to two departure openings. Travellers entering the departure can see a check-in area that will be transformed into a bagdrop section. Moreover,cafeteria present on the upper right side of the room that will be shifted to extreme lower side after redevelopment. On the place of cafe in present day, there will be a check-in section for security. Furthermore,a dedicated shop will be there on upper side next to security department control. Security passport control and passport control customs remain the same in both the cases. On the right hand of the airport, new facilities will be introduced such as cafe, ATM and car hiring stations in a row.
In addition, it is clearly seen that there are 8 gates in the present day on the northern side which will be renovated to 18 gates in Y form. Lastly, walkway area will be converted into sky train section.
