The maps provide with information about changes of an area located near to the beach in Australia from 1950 to nowadays.
Overall, there are a lot of significant changes such as improvement of location by building modern buildings and road, giving access to Lighthouse.
It is crystal clear that, constructions that still remain are dining tables and pavilion and both of them are between the two car parks. However, it is interesting to note that, in 1950 there was only one car park, the second which was added in modern time was constructed on the place of playground, while the play area was demolished. We can highlight that, place near the beach was completely empty, only remaining Lighthouse, however conditions changed by adding two new surf clubs at the different spots of beach, each opposite to each other, additionally two pools didn’t change. But sizes of pool were built different, 50 m pool on the left-hand side and 25 m pool on the right hand side. On the north of map new big restaurant was constructed being second improvement which was helping with comfort of city visitors, while the first was the road connecting lighthouse and first parking area.
