The two maps compare an industrial location in the city of Norbiton and the same site after it is fully planned and developed.
Overall, it is evident that the vast majority of the industrial area is currently underdeveloped. However, in the future, it will undergo significant construction, resulting in the development of infrastructure and facilities that did not exist before.
To be specific, there is a long river on the north side of the town that is flowing from east to west. Additionally, a roundabout is present in the middle of the map, connecting two roads with it, one on the right-hand side and another at the bottom. Factories are built alongside the roundabout and the roads. Lastly, farmland can be observed on the north side of the river.
Regarding the planned future map, all the factories will be replaced by housing in the future, whereas infrastructure like shops, playgrounds, schools, and medical centers, which are not present right now, will be introduced. A new roundabout will be built on the southern road, whereas a bridge will be established over the river to connect the area with the new housing that will be introduced on the northern side. The farmland will be relocated to the north-east side of the Norbiton area.
