The two maps illustrate an industrial area in Norbiton town and the development of the site planned for the future.
The industrial area is on the east of the town and on the south coast of the river. On the other side of the river, there is a farmland. In first map, there are just three roads and one circle. The three factories are located near the circle. The four factories are located on each side of the road and the remaining one is on the end of the road.
In second map, most of the factories will be replaced by housing buildings. The factory which is located on the lower left corner of the big circle will be replaced by shops. Some new buildings such as playground, medical centre and school will be added. Roads will be also developed. A road is constructed across the river to connect the industrial area and the farmland. There will be a new road on the north west of the big circle.
In conclusion, the industrial area of the Norbiton town will be quite developed in the future. The education, health quality, shopping and transportation of the area will be more improved.
