y describing the current industrial zone just beside the town of Norbiton, there are a number of factories nearby the main roundabout of the area. There is a farm land just across the river bank in the north of the area but no river crossings yet to get to the other side of land.
However, along with the foreseeing plans of new developments within the area, there will be major changes in construction within the site. For more convenience of getting into the area from the highway, a new smaller roundabout will be built in the entrance along the highway and most of the factories will be replaced with housings for more inhabitants from town. There will also be public areas designated for civilians, such as a playground and school just between the housing areas on the east side of the main roundabout. There are also new plans of constructions of shops and medical camps just within the south side of the center area.
There will not only be new housings in the northwest but also a new bridge over the river in the north to further develop more housing areas on the farmland. This will help bring access to commuting to and fro the main roundabout for habitants and farmers.
In summary, as there are multiple plans of replacements and constructions of housings, it seems as if the industrial site of the town Norbiton will be altering into a new public space for new citizens just along the river bank.
