Overall, the town will experience dramatic change from industrialisation to urbanisation, including diverse features from accommodations, shops, and a playground, to a school, showing great transformation and advancement.
To the centre of the map, there is a roundabout in the middle of the town with two roads at present, while there will be two more roads built in the future. To the east of the area, the factories by the road will be knocked down to make for residential houses, a school and a new path to the playground. Walking up to the north, a bridge will be established crossing the river to townhouses, and the farmland will be minimized to half by the east of the river.
Furthermore, continuing to the west of the area, factories will be replaced with a newly constructed road to the northern west, accompanied by a few communities. In addition, a shop and a medical centre by the southwest and southeast of the central roundabout will be erected, improving life function. Moreover, in comparison with now, the traffic will be more smooth owing to the construction of a small roundabout on the south to the main road to the downtown.
