At the moment, the industrial area is occupied with several factories. There is a town in the west side from the factories. Factory workers and town dwellers may take a use of a river that runs from the west-north to the east side. Additionally, a farmland is situated in the north side of the town. Nonetheless, only factories are connected to the main road, which runs from the west side to the east.
In the future, there will be a shift to the residential area. Instead of factories there will be the housing buildings. To live in comfort, inhabitants of houses will be provided with shops and a medical centre that will be situated in the middle of the town. Moreover, the large playground and school will be avaibale for their kids. The bridge will be built through the river to connect one large housing building, which will be build instead of the farmland. Town will remain at its place, whereas farmland will be moved to the east side.
