The plans display an industrial region which is planned for the future renovation of site.
Overall, Five new facilities will be included in further time. They are housing, shops, school , playground and medical centre. However some facilities remain the same.
At present, in industrial area, the town stand at westran side, while river in north side and farmland is across the river. Central part of this area have a roundabout and two road added with this, one is from main road and other from east side.
In future, All factories will have been removed and seven housing will be included , one of them will stand at beyond the river while framland change It’s location nearly. One factory will replace by a school whice will located end of the east road. One sort road add two roundabout, a shops will built left side and a medical will built in right side of this road . One extra road go to north -west corner with three housing around. Playground will replace by a factory which will located south side of the river
