The map details how the town called Norbiton will develop over the next few years.
Overall, it is readily apparent that this town will become more accessible and residential with new roads and housing facilities, educational with a new school, commercial with a medical center and shops, and more entertaining with a playground. These changes will take place at the expense of factories and by exploiting currently empty spaces, while the roundabout in the center of this map and the farmland in the north remain unchanged.
The alterations that will make Norbiton more accessible include new roads and the bridge that will cross the river on the north side of this map and will combine with the central roundabout, which may not see any changes over the years; and there might be constructed an additional junction with houses, instead of the current factories, on the left side of this roundabout. There will also be introduced a new and small roundabout on the south side of this map.
The factories across the road, on the right side of the roundabout, might be removed, and a new playground with housing facilities will be introduced instead. The factory at the end of this road, on the east side of this map, will also give way to a new, modernized school.
The alterations relating to the commercial features may take place near the central roundabout, and the factory on the southwest side of it might be converted into new shopping facilities. The free space on the southeast side of the roundabout will be occupied by a medical center.
