The presented maps demonstrate the initial and the future plan of the Farmland on the east side of Norbiton city to develop it.
It can be clearly seen that the in the future the factory on the first map will be replaced by the housing.At the same time the park will be filled with some beneficial facilities.
According to the first map,the Farmland is quite empty at the moment.There are 3 factories around the circle and 5 factories across the road on the east side of the circle.At the same time there is no road to the another side of the river.
In sharp contrast,the future plan of the area is developed and more usable.First of all,there are housings instead of factories,also shops and medical centre built around the circle.Whereas,there are playground and school across the road on the right from the circle.It can not be overlooked that there is a bridge through the river and the small circle on the south side which makes the road traffic more convenient.
